This project focuses upon the subject of loneliness. Living in the second city in the UK it's very easy to feel dwarfed amongst the hustle and bustle of the city and its an issue that is very current and needs more discussion to resolve. This portfolio aims to make those people who feel lonely feel more comfortable in asking for help.

Issue Two is an exciting issue as we make the step from an amateur to a professional photographer.
After working for a sports photography agency, Francesco founded his own photographic studio ‘Independent Pictures’ in Turin, offering services for International events, wedding reportages, portraits and digital imaging. His love for street photography has never been compromised however and he still finds the time to conduct street photography workshops, publish books and work on creating new and improved presets.
A true inspiration of mine it was a delight to chat to Francesco about what makes his work so special. We discuss everything from the equipment he uses to why Michelangelo is such a huge inspiration for his work. Inevitably the discussion does turn to quarantine as we later discuss some of his quarantine projects as well as the major impact its had on his business as a photographer.
